Introduction To The Events Module

• The Events module displays upcoming events as a list in chronological order or in calendar format.
• Each event listing includes a title, description, and date.
• Each event can be set to automatically expire on a particular date, or re-occur by any specified number of days, weeks, months or years. Height and width properties for calendar cells can be set.
• Events can be easily edited
• An event can be exported and saved to your Microsoft Outlook calendar.
• Registered visitors can enrol online to any event that is set to allow enrolment. This process can be either moderated or automatic.
• Enrolment can also be set to be free or to require payment e.g. by PayPal or similar
• Notification of an event can be sent to subscribers or those who have enrolled in the event.

Scheduling and attendee management modules are available that interrogate historical data to allow for detailed analysis of who is invited to events and their records of attendance.
